Job summary

Red Dream Ventures is building AI & Robotics Skilling Centers across India. We are looking for a Trainer to deliver the curriculum on the ground, lead hands-on Makers Lab projects, and mentor learners toward demonstrable skills rather than lectures.

You will teach across capabilities such as Edge AI, Computer Vision, GenAI/LLMs, and Robotics, track progress, and collaborate with the Practice Head to keep content current.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on industry or teaching experience in one or more AI capabilities (Cloud AI, Edge AI, ML, CV, GenAI/LLMs, Agentic AI, Robotics).
• Comfort teaching or mentoring; explain concepts clearly to varied learners.
• Fluency with current AI tooling relevant to assigned areas.
• Willingness to work from Skilling Center and travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom, hybrid, and mentored Makers Lab sessions across capabilities per curriculum.
• Mentor learners through hands-on projects to achieve demonstrable results.
• Adapt pace/depth for learners with different starting points; ensure competency levels are met.

About the Role

We’re building a nationwide chain of AI & Robotics Skilling Centers and Makers Labs across India, built on a "Skilling to Incubating" model that takes learners from structured training into hands‑on prototyping and, eventually, incubation. We’re looking for a Trainer to deliver this curriculum on the ground, teaching core concepts, hand‑holding learners through mentored Makers Lab projects, and helping them build real, demonstrable skill rather than passive lecture notes. You’ll work closely with the Practice Head, who sets the curriculum and delivery standards you’ll bring to life in the classroom and lab.

Core Responsibilities Training Delivery

• Deliver classroom, hybrid, and mentored Makers Lab sessions across assigned capability areas, which may include Edge AI Applications, Computer Vision, Multi-modal AI, Agentic AI, Cloud-based AI, Gen AI & LLMs, or Robotics, as per the curriculum defined by the Practice Head.
• Hand-hold learners through mentored, hands‑on projects rather than deliver lecture‑only content, helping candidates move from concept to working prototype.
• Adapt teaching pace and depth to a mixed pool of learners, ensuring learners with different starting points all reach the required competency bar.
• Track learner progress, flag gaps early, and provide the extra support or remediation needed to keep learners on pace.

Curriculum Execution & Feedback

• Deliver the curriculum, tooling, and project briefs as designed, while flagging outdated content, unclear briefs, or gaps observed during delivery back to the Practice Head.
• Contribute ground‑level inputs to keep course content and project briefs current.
• Maintain session plans, learner assessments, and project documentation to the quality standards set for the network.

Center & Lab Operations

• Maintain lab and classroom delivery quality in line with the standards set and audited by the Practice Head, so learner experience stays consistent across centers.
• Use and help maintain GPU‑based lab infrastructure and other technical setups needed for sessions.
• Support onboarding of new trainers at the center where relevant, sharing delivery practices and classroom norms.

Industry Connect

• Support Makers Lab and incubator‑style projects tied to live industry briefs, working with learners to bring these projects to a demonstrable stage.
• Represent the center credibly to visiting industry partners, guest experts, or academic visitors during sessions or demo days.

Requirements Must-have

• Preferably 3+ years of hands‑on industry or teaching experience in one or more of: Cloud AI, Edge AI, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Gen AI/LLMs, Agentic AI, or Robotics.
• Comfort teaching or mentoring, explaining technical concepts clearly to learners at different skill levels.
• Working fluency with current AI tooling relevant to the assigned capability area(s), not only foundational theory.
• Willingness to work from a Skilling Center and travel occasionally as required.

Nice-to-have

• Prior experience as a trainer, teaching assistant, bootcamp instructor, or corporate trainer.
• Robotics‑specific experience like robotic arm programming, mechanical or hardware design fundamentals.
• Experience working with GPU‑based lab infrastructure or similar technical lab setups.
• Exposure to mentoring hackathon, capstone, or incubation‑style projects.
