Job description

Role & responsibilities

The selected trainers shall be engaged on a project basis for delivering Classroom, Virtual, and Hybrid Training Programmes as per organizational requirements.

Domains of Expertise

Candidates should possess demonstrable knowledge and training delivery experience in one or more of the following domains:

Eligibility Criteria

• Certified or Non-Certified Trainer/Subject Matter Expert (SME) with relevant domain expertise.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in one or more of the specified training domains.
• Proven experience in conducting classroom, virtual, or hybrid professional training programmes.
• Relevant industry certifications will be preferred; however, experienced Subject Matter Experts (SME) without certifications may also be considered.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the relevant technology/domain.
• Minimum 3 years of training delivery experience in classroom and/or virtual environments.
• Experience in conducting at least 20 to 30 professional training programmes for corporates, Government organizations, educational institutions, or PSUs.
• Preference will be given to prior experience of delivering training programmes for Government Ministries, Departments, PSUs, Autonomous Bodies,
• Experience in handling participant batches of 15 to 40 participants.
• Ability to deliver interactive, hands-on, case study-based training sessions.
• Familiarity with adult learning methodologies, assessments, feedback mechanisms, and report preparation.
