Job summary

Abbott Laboratories in India (Maharashtra, Pune) is recruiting for a Field Sales role focused on driving prescriptions, increasing market share, and promoting the division’s products. You will build relationships with doctors, chemists, and stockists, while supporting strategy development and acting as a brand ambassador.

Fresher with strong communication and 2+ years of field experience are welcome. Travel is 100%.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of field sales experience preferred.
• Fresher with strong communication and analytical skills may be considered.
• Prior/current experience in same therapy is advantageous; MNC/top Indian pharma exposure is a plus.
• Fluent and confident in communication.

Responsibilities

• Generate maximum prescriptions and increase market share.
• Promote the division’s products per strategy.
• Build and maintain relationships with doctors, chemists, stockists and other stakeholders.
• Support strategy development and act as a brand ambassador.

• Achieving assigned territory/ geography wise sales target
• Carrying out effective field work without direct day-to-day supervision
• Report field work in daily basis on assigned online system
• Meeting Call Average, Coverage, Frequency coverage Norms of assigned division

Core Job Responsibilities

• Generate maximum prescriptions & increase market share
• Promote the Division’s products as per strategy
• Relationship Building with the Stake holders (Doctors, Chemists, Stockiest etc)
• Facilitating Strategy building
• A good Brand Ambassador
