Responsibilities

• Prepare safety assessments and report unsafe conditions to customers and dealers.

• Provide updates on new Cummins products to customers.
• Identify parts for repairs and generate EFSR before customer sign-off.
• Collaborate with service advisors, technicians, and staff for smooth operations.
• Call service advisor after work to collect customer feedback on site.
• Ensure total service support and participate in product trainings.
