About the Opportunity

This is a 100% free mentorship and real-world training program designed for freshers who want to start their software career by working on actual company projects instead of joining paid training institutes or demo-based internships.

Fresher Selection Process

Assessment Phase (5 Days)

After the initial screening, shortlisted candidates will be provided 5 days to prepare for an assessment. This assessment evaluates:

• Quick learning ability
• Problem-solving skills
• Strong fundamentals in the core technology stack

Learning & Internship Period (150 Days)

Candidates who successfully clear the assessment will be eligible for a 150-days internship, divided into milestones of 25 days each assessment milestone blocks. A stipend of up to ₹5,000 may be awarded upon successful completion of each 25-day milestone, purely based on performance and evaluation.

Full-Time Employment

Upon successful completion of all internship milestones (each 25-day phase), candidates will be recruited as Full-Time Employees, with a starting CTC of ₹1.8 LPA, subject to performance and evaluation.

Purpose – This program is created to identify truly talented and committed individuals by giving them free access to real project exposure, guidance, and mentorship. Those who prove excellence, discipline, and ownership will be given priority for employment opportunities within the company.

Assessment and Internship Details

• Learning Mode – Office-based (on-premises only); remote work is not permitted.
• Learning Days – Monday to Friday (mandatory attendance).
• Full-Time Internship Timings – 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM.
• Part-Time Internship Timings – 3:00 PM – 7:30 PM.
• Availability – Continuous and consistent availability throughout the internship is mandatory; no interruptions or breaks are allowed.
