Job summary

Piramal Pharma Limited in Navi Mumbai is seeking a QA Documentation Specialist to manage the issuance, archival, and retrieval of QA documents, ensuring proper indexing and backup of soft copies.

You will coordinate calibration, validations, deviations, change controls, CAPAs, and vendor qualifications, while maintaining SOPs and supporting external service providers in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of GMP, documentation and quality systems.
• Strong attention to detail and compliance orientation.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to manage and organize QA documents and records.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.

Responsibilities

• Issuance, archival and retrieval of documents.
• Issuance of control copies to respective dept.
• Tracking of all QA documents.
• Maintaining backup of QA soft copies.
• Maintaining SOPs with proper indexing.
• Preparation and review of SOPs.
• Perform qualifications for new or existing equipment.
• Coordinate Area Validations.
• Review Calibration/PM Schedules.
• Prepare VMP and Validation documents.
• Handle Vendor Qualifications activities.
• Handle Contract testing laboratories.
• Coordinate with External Service Providers.
• Handle Deviations, Change Controls, OOS, OOT, CAPA, complaints, return goods, risk assessment and product recall (QMS related).
