AGS Health in Chennai is hiring a Trainee Process Associate AR Caller for International Voice Process. Fresh graduates in BBA, BA, B.Com, BCA or B.Sc (Physics/CS/Maths) who passed between 2021 and 2026 may apply. Diploma or engineering degrees are not eligible.

The interview is direct walk-in, with rounds including HR, online aptitude, language assessment, and operational interview. Shift is 05:30 PM to 2:30 AM (US shift) with two-way transport provided.

Qualifications

Graduate fresher with the specified degrees; pass-out year 2021–2026.
Diploma or B.E./B.Tech/ME/M.Tech are not eligible.

Responsibilities

To address outstanding AR through analysis and phone calls using available resources.
Utilization of tools and applications to move payments forward, correct submissions, appeals, patient transfer or adjustment.
To report trends/patterns in denials, claim submission errors, credentialing issues and billing roadblocks to the reporting manager.
To meet the established SLAs for production and quality.
To update outcomes of calls or analyses in the billing system.
To stay updated with changes done with the P&Ps.
To improve performance based on feedback from the reporting manager/quality audit team.

Rounds of Interview:

1. HR Interview
2. Online Assessment - Grammar & Aptitude
3. Versant Test - Language Assessment
4. Operational/Technical Interview

Shift Timing: 05:30 PM to 2:30 AM (US Shift).

Transport: Two-way transport is available within the defined boundaries.

Roles and Responsibilities

To address outstanding or assigned AR through analysis and phone calls by using available resources.
Utilization of all possible tools and applications available to take account to the next level of resolution, which would result in a payment, corrected submission, appeals, patient transfer or adjustment.
To report trends / patterns in denials, claim submission errors, credentialing issues and billing related roadblocks to the immediate reporting manager.
To meet the established SLAs (service level agreements) for production and quality.
To update the outcome of the calls or analysis in a clear and coherent manner in the billing system.
To utilize the and stay updated with changes done with the P & Ps
To improve the performance based on the feedback provided by the reporting manager / quality audit team.
