Acts as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and suppliers to drive effective procurement and contract governance. **Major Responsibilities:** * Manage contract renewals and track contract expiry dates, maintain contract repositories report and ensure timely renewals.* Monitor Vendor contract terms, Update and maintain the contract inventory database.* Create Purchase Requisitions (PRs) in SAP for different regions.* Follow up with vendors, Internal stakeholders for quotations, invoices, and support requests. Schedule meetings and document Minutes of Meeting (MoM).* Create and manage tickets, tasks, and service requests in Matrix42 and update software and asset inventory records using Matrix42.* Create and update SOPs, process documents, and knowledge-based articles.* Support procurement activities, ensure compliance requirements are met, and drive requests to timely closure. **Knowledge and Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or vendor management.
