The incumbent will have the opportunity to be part of various teams, including various SAP teams, Data Interchange & Development (EDI), and Manufacturing Execution System (MES) teams.***Major Responsibilities:**** Administering, support and maintenance of business applications which are operated by teams within ISOL sub towers* Engage in activities for 1st and 2nd level user support* Analysis of malfunctions and troubleshooting* Interface to 3rd level support for issue and problem management* Manage ticket queue and prioritize work based on impact analysis* Administration of master data* Documentation: Prepare technical documentation, keep all internal documentation systems up to date* Application and user management* Support for application testing***Knowledge and Education:***Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field of study from a recognized IT program.***Work Experience***New graduates are encouraged to apply.***Skills and Competencies**** Basic understanding of ERP tools, SAP will be an added advantage.* Proficient in the Microsoft Office product family.
