Job summary

Bharat Serums and Vaccines in Mumbai is seeking an entry-level Engineering Documentation Specialist to support QMS-related document control. You will prepare and maintain SOPs, logbooks, and equipment history records, and assist in validation, calibration, and CAPA activities.

You will coordinate with Engineering, Production, and QA teams, maintain audit-ready records, and contribute to regulatory compliance and change control efforts.

Qualifications

• Fresh Engineering graduate or candidate with up to 1 year of experience.
• Basic knowledge of QMS, GDP, ALCOA+, Validation, and Calibration concepts.
• Good documentation, technical writing, and MS Office skills.
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
