Job summary

Chadha Industries seeks a meticulous QA/QC & SOP specialist to create, maintain and analyse documents across RM, WIP and finished goods, ensuring 100% compliance with QA/QC standards.

You will develop SOPs and process flow maps to remove ambiguity, promote universal documentation language for seamless cross-team communication, and drive improvement through action plans and QC training.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and analyse QA/QC documents for RM, WIP and finished goods.
• Implement processes to ensure 100% compliance to QA/QC documents.
• Analyse QA/QC documents to suggest and implement process improvements.
• Create and implement SOPs and process flow maps to reduce ambiguity.
• Ensure universal documentation language for seamless cross-team communication.
• Discussions with operations teams to plan actions for process improvement.
• Perform QC tasks and train staff to perform QC at their level.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

1.) Creating, maintaining and analysing documents:

a. Create QA/ QC documents for each step: RM, WIP and

finished goods

b. Implementing process of ensuring 100% compliance to

QA/QC documents

c. Analysing QA/QC documents to suggest and

implement process improvement steps

2.) Creating and implementing SOPs and process flow maps

a. Understanding in house processes to create overall

process flow maps

b. Creating SOPs for various operation steps to eliminate

ambiguity in manufacturing

c. Ensuring universal documentation language that can

be shared between various teams for seamless

communication minimizing human errors

3.) Creating and implementing action plans

a. Regular discussions with various teams in operations

to create action plan for process improvement

b. Disbursal of relevant information in a timely manner

to the operations team for proper advance planning

4.) Performing QC tasks and training team

a. Ensuring 100% QA/QC compliance at all levels daily

b. Training staff to perform QC at their level of operation
