This role focuses on the administrative backbone of strategic partnerships, ensuring accurate data, smooth onboarding, and timely reports. Growth to Alliance Manager with international opportunities is possible.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in back-office, admin, or ops, preferably in tech partnerships.
• MBA is preferred.
• CRM (Salesforce) and MS Office proficiency.
• Experience with partner portals (Microsoft, SAP, ServiceNow) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding and management of technology partners in CRM.
• Assist in gathering data for quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
• Manage partner portals and dashboards to ensure information is accurate.
• Coordinate contract documents (NDAs and SOWs) and data access permissions.
• Collaborate with finance to track royalties and co-marketing funds.
• Liaise with legal, finance, sales, marketing on partner-related queries.
• Identify process improvements to increase alliance efficiency.

Alliance Operations Specialist (Back Office)

About The Role

We are seeking a Back Office Alliance Operations Specialist to join our team, focusing on our strategic technology partnerships. In this role, you will be the administrative and operational backbone for our relationships with key technology companies like Microsoft, SAP, and ServiceNow. You'll ensure the seamless execution of our joint initiatives by managing the critical, behind-the-scenes tasks that drive our alliance's success. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized professional with a strong understanding of the technology sector.

Responsibilities

• Partner Onboarding & Management: Oversee the administrative lifecycle of technology partners, from initial onboarding and account setup to ongoing system and data maintenance in our CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
• Joint Business Planning Support: Assist in gathering, organizing, and compiling performance data, key metrics, and reports for quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with our top partners.
• System & Tool Administration: Manage partner‑specific portals, dashboards, and internal collaboration tools (e.g., Partner Center, PartnerEdge, etc.) to ensure information is accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Financial & Royalty Processing: Collaborate with finance teams to accurately track and process partner royalties, incentives, and co‑marketing funds, ensuring all transactions are compliant with alliance agreements.
• Contract & Agreement Management: Maintain a centralized repository of all alliance contracts, non‑disclosure agreements (NDAs), and statements of work (SOWs), ensuring easy access and compliance.
• Operational Excellence: Identify and implement process improvements to streamline administrative tasks, enhance data accuracy, and increase the overall efficiency of the alliances team.
• Internal Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for internal teams (legal, finance, sales, marketing) regarding partner‑related operational queries.

Qualifications

• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a back‑office, administrative, or operational support role, preferably within a technology company or a team that manages technology partnerships.
• Education: A Master of Business Administration (MBA) is preferred.
• Technical Acumen: Familiarity with the technology landscape, and experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel). Experience with partner portals for companies like Microsoft, SAP, or ServiceNow is a significant plus.
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills and a meticulous approach to data entry, record‑keeping, and process management.
• Problem‑Solving: A resourceful and proactive mindset with the ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve administrative issues.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with various internal and external stakeholders.
