Job summary

YASH Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Back Office Alliance Operations Specialist to support our strategic technology partnerships. You will manage partner onboarding, data, and portals, while preparing performance data for quarterly reviews and ensuring accurate contract and royalty processing.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, organizational skills, and strong communication. This position offers growth toward an Alliance Manager role with potential international assignments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in back-office, administrative, or operational support roles, preferably in tech partnerships.
• MBA is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel). Experience with partner portals is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding and ongoing management of technology partners in CRM and portals.
• Support quarterly business reviews with partner data, metrics and reports.
• Manage partner portals and dashboards to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
• Collaborate with finance on royalties, incentives, and co-marketing funds.
• Maintain contracts, NDAs, and SOWs repository and ensure compliance.
• Identify process improvements to streamline alliance operations.
• Liaise with internal teams (legal, finance, sales, marketing) on partner-related tasks.

Alliance Operations Specialist (Back Office)

About the Role

We are seeking aBack Office Alliance Operations Specialistto join our team, focusing on our strategic technology partnerships. In this role, you will be the administrative and operational backbone for our relationships with key technology companies likeMicrosoft, SAP, and ServiceNow. You'll ensure the seamless execution of our joint initiatives by managing the critical, behind-the-scenes tasks that drive our alliance's success. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized professional with a strong understanding of the technology sector.

Responsibilities

• Partner Onboarding & Management:Oversee the administrative lifecycle of technology partners, from initial onboarding and account setup to ongoing system and data maintenance in our CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
• Joint Business Planning Support:Assist in gathering, organizing, and compiling performance data, key metrics, and reports for quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with our top partners.
• System & Tool Administration:Manage partner-specific portals, dashboards, and internal collaboration tools (e.g., Partner Center, PartnerEdge, etc.) to ensure information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Financial & Royalty Processing:Collaborate with finance teams to accurately track and process partner royalties, incentives, and co-marketing funds, ensuring all transactions are compliant with alliance agreements.
• Contract & Agreement Management:Maintain a centralized repository of all alliance contracts, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and statements of work (SOWs), ensuring easy access and compliance.
• Operational Excellence:Identify and implement process improvements to streamline administrative tasks, enhance data accuracy, and increase the overall efficiency of the alliances team.
• Internal Liaison:Act as the main point of contact for internal teams (legal, finance, sales, marketing) regarding partner-related operational queries.

Qualifications

• Experience:A minimum of5 years of experiencein a back-office, administrative, or operational support role, preferably within a technology company or a team that manages technology partnerships.
• Education:AMaster of Business Administration (MBA)is preferred.
• Technical Acumen:Familiarity with the technology landscape, and experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel). Experience with partner portals for companies likeMicrosoft, SAP, or ServiceNowis a significant plus.
• Attention to Detail:Exceptional organizational skills and a meticulous approach to data entry, record-keeping, and process management.
• Problem-Solving:A resourceful and proactive mindset with the ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve administrative issues.
• Communication:Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with various internal and external stakeholders.
