Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Submit trade and transaction reports to regulators across jurisdictions.
• Ensure controls are followed and regulatory obligations are met.
• Support exception management, reconciliations, testing, process management.
• Deliver manual submissions through appropriate forums.
• Raise breaches in regulatory reporting promptly.
• Maintain documentation on regulatory changes and internal processes.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders across the bank.
• Support supervisor with daily people management and development.

Requirements

• Understanding of relevant asset classes: rates, credit, equity, FX, futures markets and structured trading businesses
• Ideally, experience gained in a middle office or operations environment
• Ability to build and maintain good working relationships with stakeholders
• Some knowledge of front-to-back processes needed to maintain a stable and controlled trade environment
• Understanding of regulatory reporting requirements
• Awareness of risk and control frameworks, including process documentation, control documentation and supervisory frameworks
• Ability to maintain focus on control and attention to detail
