ROLE

• Support the Change Management Lead in managing multiple regulatory reporting projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Establish governance for programs/projects, facilitate working groups, and ensure effective decision‑making and priority alignment.
• Identify and expose key project risks, mitigating potential delays and cost overruns.
• Ensure workstream/project delivery meets requirements, quality standards, timelines, and budgets, minimizing regulatory penalties and reputational damage.
• Execute regulatory change initiatives, including implementation of new regulations and changes to existing regulations.
• Remediate issues noted by regulators and auditors.
• Build and maintain a strategic controls framework.
• Support planning and execution of change management activities related to new regulations and automation of existing reporting processes.
• Collect, define, and document business and technology requirements, test plans, and other project management artifacts.
• Facilitate discussions, present to stakeholders, and manage stakeholder expectations throughout project lifecycles.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 6–10 years of financial services experience, focused on global markets trading and investment banking operations.
• Proven experience in successful implementation of projects, operational process change, and improvement.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams including business management, middle office, compliance, legal, and technology.
• Ability to collect, define, and document business and technology requirements, test plans, and project artifacts.
• Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills; ability to facilitate compromises and resolve conflicting requirements.
• Technical understanding of securities processing, including product, process, and system knowledge.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Visio and Project.
• Execution/delivery focus with willingness to challenge the status‑quo and drive continuous improvement in change management processes.
• Strong organizational and program management skills; ability to handle changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to facilitate discussions and present to stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and adapt to unexpected changes in expectations or requirements.
• Knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring, and controlling programs and resources.
