Bacardi-Martini is seeking a credible Trade Ambassador to represent our brands across North India. You will build relationships with bartenders, bar owners, beverage managers, and distributors, delivering trainings, masterclasses, guest shifts, and bar tours to ignite brand advocacy.
With deep mixology knowledge and a wide North India network, you will coach trade partners, identify emerging talents, and drive portfolio availability and visibility in key accounts.
A highly credible bartender, mixologist, or spirits professional with a recognized trajectory across India’s leading cocktail bars, premium hotel bars, or the wider beverage industry, with strong experience in mixology within the NCR bartending scene, and exposure at both national and international level.
The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in mixology, a well-established network across the premium on-trade, and the credibility to influence leading bartenders, bar owners, beverage professionals, and industry opinion leaders across NCR
They should be confident delivering engaging trainings, masterclasses, guest shifts, bar tours, and advocacy experiences that inspire, educate, and build long-term brand advocacy.
Play a critical role in taking our great portfolio of brands to the next level by building brand awareness and strengthening advocacy across NCR.
You will be responsible for building meaningful relationships with key trade stakeholders, developing advocacy opportunities, and bringing our brands to life through trainings, masterclasses, guest shifts, bar tours, and other impactful experiences.
As Trade Ambassador, you will be the visible image of our brands across North, representing our portfolio through consumers, trade partners, industry stakeholders, and digital channels.
You will work closely with the Brand Marketing and Sales teams to spread the brand message and develop long-lasting relationships with consumers, on-trade personnel, bar owners, beverage managers, and distributor partners.
With a solid understanding of bar business operations and strong credibility within the North India bartending communities, you will coach the trade on ways of winning and inspire mixologists through your knowledge, passion, and personality.
You have the presence and credibility to represent our brands confidently in front of leading bartenders, bar owners, industry professionals, and consumers.
You are deeply passionate about cocktails, spirits, hospitality, and the bartending community, with the ability to transfer that passion to others.
You have a strong network across North India and naturally build meaningful, long-lasting relationships with the trade.

The first step is submitting your application which will be reviewed by our Hiring Team. Should your experience meet the qualifications and expectations of the open role, you will begin the interview process. Generally speaking, you can expect a few stages of conversations. The timing of the interview process will vary and our focus will be on ensuring that the key stakeholders get to know you and that you get to know us. You will be expected to do a face-to-face interview in person or over video call in some cases, at least once, during the hiring process.
Sometimes we do ask candidates for customer facing roles or more junior candidates to complete an automated online video interview. You will self-record answers to our automated questions and this will be reviewed by the Hiring Team.
For Management and Leadership roles we may request an additional assessment that takes a deeper dive into your potential leadership style.
