Job summary

Leading Bank is seeking a Trade Acquisition Manager in Chennai to drive the acquisition of new-to-bank Trade Forex accounts and related BBG products, targeting clients from small to large turnover with CA floats above 10 lakhs. Build a robust portfolio of Trade Fx Current Accounts and BBG liabilities/assets from select segments.

You will own pricing and revenue for the product portfolio, engage senior decision-makers, and expand market share in Business Banking by meeting targets for CA, Trade &

Qualifications

• Essential graduate with MBA preferred.
• CA/TFx/Assets Sales experience of minimum 7 years with MBA (2 years) or direct sales experience of 3 years+.
• Experience in banks or financial institutions with exposure to trade, forex and business banking.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new-to-bank Trade Forex accounts and drive related products.
• Source high-value Trade Fx Current Accounts with BBG facilities.
• Build a client portfolio including CA and BBG liabilities/assets from mid-market to large turnover segments.
• Meet targets for CA, Trade & Fx, BBG lead Trade A/c and premium current accounts.
• Engage business owners and senior management to position the bank in business banking.
• Identify new segments and geographies to generate opportunities.
• Own product portfolio pricing and revenue responsibilities, including fees.
• Maintain knowledge of local market trends and competitors.

Hiring for " Trade Acquisition Manager" in a leading Bank.

• To acquire new-to-bank Trade Forex accounts.
• Source high value Trade Fx Current Account with an array of products such as BBG-working capital credit facilities,
• Target client profile can be small, mid-sized as well as large sales turnover ( above 2 crs) organizations having CA floats of more than 10lacs.
• Build a portfolio of clients and CA and BBG MAB (liabilities and assets) from select niche segments as well as clients having a turnover of 5 crs and above.
• Is responsible for achieving the allocated targets pertaining to CA, Trade & Fx, & BBG lead Trade A/c through primarily acquiring premium current accounts.
• Find, and engage, covert business owners, promoters, senior level management in mid-market. Position the Bank as a major player in Business banking market.
• Meet client contact ability norms, M2 activation, clients meeting MAB in accounts by using various tools and processes such as interact and high value mobilisers.
• Initiates identification and development of new business segments and geographical areas to generate business opportunities.
• Ownership of self-acquired product portfolio, pricing, revenues (including fees)
• Maintains working knowledge of the local market, its trends, its potential, competitors, premiere service providers, etc

Act in accordance with all regulatory, compliance and KYC policies (both internal and external) and communicate to clients as appropriate.
