Overview

We are looking for a motivated and self-driven individual to join the Finance Team. You are expected to work on business processes/improve existing processes, perform analysis, define control systems and improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead processes in finance department
  • Streamline existing business processes by developing relevant MISes
  • Identify the process bottlenecks and gaps to increase efficiency
  • Reduce manual efforts by identify the automation opportunities
• Financial Analysis/ Business Finance
  • Set up automated Analytics dashboards
  • Work with different departments to understand business process and capture the impact on financials and financial reporting
  • Identify process gaps impacting financial reporting and implementing changes to address the issues
  • Ensure accuracy in financial reporting
  • Drive business insights through financial reporting

Requirements

• Aptitude to work in Corporate Finance function
• 3 years + work experience in Problem solving roles (business finance/ financial analysis)
• Strong team player.
