Alstom in Bangalore seeks a Traction Engineering Skill Leader (Transformers Technical Expert) to shape the future of traction transformers. You will consolidate and structure knowledge, mentor engineers, and provide technical guidance across regions while supporting reviews and tenders.

You’ll play a critical role in shaping the future of traction transformers at Alstom. Day‑to‑day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as project management, tendering, and engineering teams), act as a technical referent across regions, and provide expert guidance during technical reviews and tenders.
You’ll specifically take care of consolidating and structuring knowledge within your domain of expertise, but also mentoring future experts, newcomers, and engineering teams to ensure knowledge transfer and development.
