About The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive TPA / Billing Executive to manage the billing operations and Third Party Administrator (TPA) processes at our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate should have experience in hospital billing, insurance coordination, and TPA documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end billing process for patients (cash, credit, and insurance).
• Coordinate with TPA/Insurance companies for pre-authorization, approvals, and claim settlement.
• Prepare and verify patient bills, ensuring accuracy and compliance with hospital policies.
• Maintain proper documentation of TPA claims and insurance-related records.
• Follow up with TPA/Insurance companies for pending claims and timely reimbursements.
