• Ensure complete documentation as per TPA and insurance company requirements.
• Follow up on pending claims, deficiencies, rejections, and settlements.
• Maintain records of submitted claims, approvals, payments, and outstanding receivables.
• Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff, MRD, and other departments for required documents.
• Resolve billing-related queries raised by TPAs, insurance companies, and patients.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, TPA guidelines, and statutory requirements.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly billing and claim status reports.
• Support internal and external audits related to TPA billing.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and hospital records.
