Job summary

Accenture in India is seeking a Total Rewards Specialist to design, implement, and manage compensation and benefits programs aligned with the company’s Total Rewards strategy.

You will drive annual reward processes, perform market benchmarking, and conduct data analysis to support decision-making and equity. This role requires collaboration with HR partners and Global Total Rewards teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
• Preferably 5–6 years of experience in Total Rewards, with expertise in compensation and benefits.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage complex data sets and provide meaningful insights.

• Provide sound advice and recommendations to HR Business Partners and key stakeholders on salary proposals, retention strategies, and market competitiveness.
• Partner closely with Global Total Rewards teams to deliver high-quality, timely deliverables and ensure alignment across the regions.
• Review and recommend improvements to Total Rewards policies, processes, and governance frameworks.
• Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating agility, prioritization, and adaptability to evolving business needs.
