Job summary

PERSOL in Navi Mumbai is seeking a Total Rewards Benefits Representative to provide high-quality consultation and support on Total Reward programs within the EMEAI region, with emphasis on benefits. You will act as the SME for benefits inquiries, help Payroll and TR vendors, and contribute to a best-in-class employee experience.

The role requires 3+ years in Total Rewards or HR/finance admin, fluency in English, and strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide consulting and support for Total Rewards inquiries with focus on Benefits in EMEAI, APAC and LA.
• Act as SME for end-to-end Total Rewards processes and ensure timely payments to TR vendors.
• Handle HR inquiries via multiple channels and deliver solutions to employees and leaders.
• Maintain documentation of operating policies, guidelines, and procedures.
• Assist in TR data provision to Payroll and TR vendors and participate in cross-discipline projects.

Role & Responsibilities

The HR Solutions Total Rewards Benefits Representative provides high quality consultation and business process support to employees and leaders regarding Total Reward programs/services in the EMEAI region and is empowered to resolve HR inquiries on these subjects. The Total Rewards Representative plays a key role enabling HR business processes and drives a best in class Employee Experience.

The candidate will act as Subject matter expert for Total Rewards inquiries with a main focus on Benefits in EMEAI, APAC and LA, and acts as the subject matter expert on end-to-end processes, anticipates patterns and links across HR disciplines, and looks beyond the immediate problem to the wider implications. The candidate will follow-up on monthly TR processes such as data providing to Payroll and TR vendors.

Provide consulting and support for all assigned inquiries regarding Benefit programs, for the above-mentioned countries.

• Handling HR inquiries (via phone, digital communication case management systems), identifying and delivering solutions to employees and People leaders.
• Ensure high levels of customer service to employees.
• Assist in EMEAI Total rewards and cross discipline projects.
• Engages in maintaining documentation of operating policies, guidelines, and procedures.
• Ensuring accurate and timely payments to our TR vendors.
• Perform activities according to the internal framework including internal and external audits.
• Continuously improves processes for efficiency and service.
• Create and maintain (compliance of) documentation of work processes, guidelines, and procedures.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Min 3 + years Experience in the Total rewards field or HR or Finance administration is desirable.
• Fluency in English.
• Knowledge of insured Benefits and Social security
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel is required.
