Job summary

Jobtailor in Pune, India is seeking a data-driven HR analyst to support People Operations and Total Rewards with advanced Excel and data governance. You will work closely with HR Business Managers to ensure accurate data and timely reporting.

You will provide analytical support for year-end processes, including performance ratings, salary recommendations, and benefits data validation, while managing vendor relationships for benefits administration. Fluent English is essential.
