• Manufacture and repair injection mold components
• Dies, jigs, fixtures
• Machine spare parts
• Read and understand engineering drawings / blueprints
• Maintain high precision and tolerances using measuring tools (vernier, micrometer, gauges)
• Select cutting tools, speeds, and feeds
• Perform machine maintenance and cleaning
• Ensure quality inspection and zero-defect work
• Follow safety procedures in tool room
