Job summary

Effic Hr Consulting in India is seeking a skilled tool and die professional to work on high speed multi-row progressive lamination carbide dies, skewing dies, and related tooling.

The candidate will handle indexing and stacking dies, loose lamination dies, and servicing of press tools including alignment of cutting elements, while monitoring tool spares and stock.

Strong knowledge of press tools and carbide tooling with GD&T is required to work independently on progressive dies.

Qualifications

• Should possess strong knowledge on press tools, able to work individually in progressive dies.
• Should have worked in Carbide tools and should have GD&T knowledge.

Responsibilities

• High speed multi-row progressive lamination carbide dies, skewing dies.
• Indexing/Non Indexing (straight stack)/Auto stacking (Inter-locking) dies.
• Loose lamination dies.
• Servicing of press tools like blanking dies, compound tools, progressive tools, Alignment of cutting elements.
• Tool spares monitoring and stock maintaining.
