Job summary

Vara Infrovate in Kerala requires an IT Support Technician to maintain toll plaza IT equipment, check LAN connectivity, and troubleshoot toll systems. You will install and maintain CCTV and servers, verify POS functionality, and perform preventive maintenance while reporting IT issues.

Working hours are 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, six days a week. Diploma in Networking or Electronics & Communication and 3+ years in toll plaza IT support are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Networking or Electronics & Communication is required.
• 3+ years of IT hardware/network support experience in Toll Plazas is preferred.
• Proficient in troubleshooting Networking, CCTV, and toll systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain IT equipment, ensure power & internet connectivity, test LAN cables and troubleshoot toll system hardware/software at Toll Plaza.
• Install/maintain CCTV, servers, and related IT infrastructure.
• Verify POS system functionality and perform preventive maintenance; report IT issues promptly.
