Job summary

Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance is seeking a detail-oriented MIS specialist to manage contest updates for the sales force and advisors, delivering accurate, timely MIS reports and clear communications on contest status and rewards across multiple channels.

You will drive improvements in MIS processes, implement maker-checker controls, and push automation to reduce manual effort, while ensuring data integrity, adherence to timelines, and effective cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience working with MIS and contest updates for sales teams.
• Ability to compile and present MIS with clarity for management.
• Knowledge of data accuracy, timelines and cross-system data mapping.

• KRA1 Accuracy & TAT of Updates of contests: Sending accurate MIS as per schedule.
• KRA2 MIS-Process Adherence: Ensure maker-checker for correct MIS.
• KRA3 Efficiency & Automation of contest MIS: Automate MIS processes using technology.
• KRA4 TATS: Prepare MIS for contest within timelines and maintain records.

The role is responsible to communicate and update sales force including advisors on various contests by providing them online/off line contest status, rewards achieved, etc through effective and efficient processes with accuracy and timeliness

Job Context & Major Challenges

Job Context: The role is responsible to communicate and update sales force including advisors on various contests by providing them online/off line contest status, rewards achieved, etc through effective and efficient processes with accuracy and timeliness

Job Challenges: 1. Adhering to TAT and accuracy in computing tentative updates is time consuming and tedious task due to multiple system. For every update (Introduction/Completion) we have to map the FLS & SLS code etc. from CMS system separately. One common system is not available for extracting the business details, tagging details, etc.

• Manual and lengthy process which are time consuming and tedious. Automation of processes through use of IT can improve TATS, accuracy & efficiency

• To work on improvement of MIS process and automation
• Contest trigger files & Upload

KRA3 Efficiency & Automation of contest MIS 1. To automate the Contest MIS process with use of technology

• To constantly build efficiency and effectiveness

KRA4 TATS 1. Prepare MIS for contest within timelines and compile the reports on time.
