Job summary

ZettaMine Labs Pvt. Ltd. in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced SAP EWM AMS support professional to manage and enhance Decentralized EWM landscapes.

You will troubleshoot inbound/outbound processes, handle configurations, and support ERP/S/4HANA integrations including CIF, qRFC, and IDoc interfaces. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, collaboration across MM/SD/PP/QM/Basis/ABAP, and adherence to ITIL-aligned SLA processes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAP EWM Decentralized experience.
• Experience in AMS support engagements and incident/service request management.
• Strong knowledge of CIF, qRFC, IDoc processing and ERP/S/4HANA integration.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide L3 AMS support and enhancement services for SAP EWM Decentralized landscapes.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues in inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse processes.
• Perform configuration changes and execute approved business process enhancements.
• Support EWM integration with ERP/S/4HANA, including monitoring CIF, qRFC, and IDoc interfaces.
• Assist in RCA for incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with MM, SD, PP, QM, Basis, and ABAP teams.
• Support SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live hypercare activities.
• Ensure adherence to SLA commitments and ITIL guidelines.
• Prepare and maintain functional documentation and knowledge articles.
• Work independently on assigned tickets, enhancements, and configuration activity.
• Participate in issue analysis, testing, and solution implementation.
• Collaborate with onsite/offshore teams and business stakeholders.
• Follow established project and support processes.
• Contribute to knowledge management and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MM, SD, PP, QM, Basis, and ABAP.

• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Secondary Skills

• SAP MM and SD integration knowledge.
• Exposure to TM, QM, and PP integration.
• Experience with ServiceNow, JIRA, or similar ticketing tools.
• SAP EWM certification preferred.
