Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP EWM Functional Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, integration, and ongoing enhancement of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solutions. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, technical teams, and other SAP modules to deliver efficient warehouse processes and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP EWM functional solutions.
• Configure and customize SAP EWM based on business and warehouse requirements.
• Work on Inbound, Outbound, Internal Warehouse, and Physical Inventory processes.
• Configure and support:
  • Warehouse Structure
  • Storage Types, Sections, Bins and Activity Areas
  • Warehouse Process Types
  • Warehouse Orders and Warehouse Tasks
  • Inbound and Outbound Deliveries
  • Putaway and Stock Removal Strategies
  • Replenishment
  • Picking, Packing and Staging
  • Physical Inventory
  • Handling Units (HU)
  • Labor Management, where applicable
  • RF Framework / RF transactions
• Work on integration between SAP EWM and SAP S/4HANA or ECC, including delivery and inventory-related processes.
• Coordinate with MM, SD, PP, QM, TM and other SAP functional teams as required.
• Analyze integration issues and coordinate with ABAP/technical teams for resolution.
• Prepare functional specifications, process flows, configuration documents, and test scenarios.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and support UAT.
• Provide production support and troubleshoot functional issues.
• Participate in cutover, go-live, hypercare, and post-production support activities.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimization.
• Conduct workshops with business users and provide SAP EWM training when required.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP EWM functional configuration and implementation/support.
• Good understanding of end-to-end warehouse management processes.
• Strong knowledge of Inbound and Outbound EWM processes.
• Experience with Warehouse Tasks, Warehouse Orders, Process Types, Storage Control, and Determination.
• Good knowledge of Putaway, Picking, Replenishment, Packing, Staging and Physical Inventory.
• Experience with Handling Units and RF Framework.
• Understanding of EWM integration with SAP S/4HANA/ECC.
• Good knowledge of integration points with SAP MM and SD; exposure to PP, QM or TM is an advantage.
• Experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, documentation, and production support.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
