NeosAlpha Technologies India in Jaipur is seeking a Senior Software Engineer / Technology Analyst with hands-on middleware experience. You will design and implement enterprise integrations using webMethods or TIBCO, build API-based connections, and deliver REST/SOAP services.

The role demands strong collaboration, problem solving, and documentation across cloud ecosystems. The position offers hybrid work with 4 days in-office and 1 day remote, focusing on scalable, secure integration solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in enterprise application integration.
• Hands-on experience with webMethods and/or TIBCO middleware platforms.
• Strong experience in API Integration and API lifecycle management.
• Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
• Good understanding of REST APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, and Web Services.
• Experience with integration patterns and messaging concepts.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control tools such as Git.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
