Technology Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Technology Analyst with strong expertise in either backend development or integration technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing robust, scalable, and efficient systems while providing technical leadership and mentorship within the team.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend systems or integration solutions.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Troubleshoot and optimize applications for performance and scalability.
• Strong design, architecture, and programming experience on Java (client and server-side programming) with experience in XML, XSD, JMS, SOA, WSDL, SOAP, REST, JSON, and scripting (JavaScript).
• Experience working in globally distributed teams, taking architecture and design guidelines from onshore and delivering work remotely & independently.
• Good understanding of application, data integration concepts, and integration patterns (Data/application Integration, Real-time/batch, service composition/orchestration, EAI, ETL, ESB, APIs, API Gateway) (Highly Preferred).

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based microservices using Spring Boot.
• Build and integrate RESTful and SOAP web services for enterprise-grade applications.
• Proficient in designing and consuming APIs and working with databases (SQL/NoSQL).
• Good understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) (Preferred).
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines (Preferred).
• Exposure to microservices and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) (Preferred).
