Job summary

Cognyte is seeking a Backend Developer – .NET to join our India team. You will craft scalable backend services, APIs, and data processing flows, leveraging C# and .NET 8+.

You’ll design robust microservices, integrate with MongoDB, Redis, and SQL databases, and work with Dockerized environments, CI/CD pipelines, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions. The role requires 5+ years of backend experience, strong API design skills, and a solid understanding of the full development

Qualifications

• BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on backend development experience.
• Strong experience with C# and .NET 8+.
• Experience building REST APIs and backend services.
• Good understanding of microservices architecture.
• Experience with MongoDB, Redis, and SQL databases.
• Docker and containerized environments.
• In-depth understanding of the entire development process including design, development, deployment, CI/CD processes, automation, build and release flows.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively.
