Job summary

Tekskills seeks an experienced platform/infrastructure engineer to manage cloud-based BI environments, with hands-on ThoughtSpot and AWS exposure. You will handle authentication, scripting for automation, REST API integrations, and system health monitoring while ensuring security and compliance.

Collaborate with engineering and platform operations teams to maintain, troubleshoot, and implement architectural improvements. Strong debugging, scripting, and knowledge of SQL/Snowflake are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in platform or infrastructure engineering roles, preferably within cloud-based BI environments.
• Hands-on experience administering and supporting ThoughtSpot infrastructure in cloud environments (AWS).
• Strong understanding of authentication and access management, including SAML, LDAP, enterprise SSO.
• Scripting skills (Python, Bash, JavaScript) for automation and integration tasks.
• REST APIs for automation, integration, user/group management, and health monitoring.
• Linux administration skills.
• Ability to test new features in Sandbox and prepare documentation for users.
• Collaborate with ThoughtSpot Engineering and Roche Platform Operations teams for system maintenance and improvements.
• Incident and change management experience; handling tickets, SLA alignment.
• Knowledge of security models, including Cloudflare setup and secure browser configurations.
• Understanding of NLProc & LLM concepts and their application in BI storytelling.
• Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, Confluence, GitHub/GitLab for documentation and pipelines.
• Debugging complex platform issues using browser tools, HAR files, and log analysis; embedding ThoughtSpot via SDK and React components.
• Understanding of RDBMS, SQL, Snowflake, PL/SQL & Stored Procedures.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with ThoughtSpot Engineering and Roche Platform Operations teams for maintenance, troubleshooting, and architectural improvements.
• Contribute to incident and change management processes, including handling tickets related to system performance and end-user support on ThoughtSpot best practices.
• Test new features in Sandbox and prepare user documentation.
• Assist in architecture enhancements and security hardening across cloud environments.
• Support integration tasks and automation pipelines using REST APIs and scripting.
• Engage in onboarding and knowledge sharing for the technical support team.

• Good understanding of Natural language process & LLM concepts and theirapplication in Business intelligence and conversational analytics platforms.
• Experience working with Jira, Service Now, Confluence , GitHub/GitLab fordocumentation, tracking and automation Pipelines .
• Experience debugging Complex platform issues using browser developer tools,HAR file connection and log analysis.Experience in embedding Thoughtspot using SDK, React components techniques in enterprise web applications.
