Job summary

Tekskills is seeking an experienced Platform/Infrastructure Engineer to manage ThoughtSpot in cloud environments, primarily AWS. You will handle authentication, automation scripts, and REST API integrations, collaborating with engineering and platform ops teams for system reliability.

The role requires strong incident/change management, documentation, and hands-on debugging using browser tools and log analysis. Knowledge of SQL/Snowflake is beneficial for data integration tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in platform or infrastructure engineering roles, preferably in cloud-based BI environments.
• Hands-on ThoughtSpot infrastructure administration in cloud environments (e.g., AWS).
• Strong knowledge of authentication and access management (SAML/LDAP/SSO) and directory integration.
• Scripting skills (Python, Bash, JavaScript) for automation and integration tasks.
• REST APIs for automation, user/group management and health monitoring.
• Linux administration experience is a plus.
• Experience with incident and change management processes and SLA adherence.
• Ability to test features in Sandbox and document for users.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with ThoughtSpot Engineering and Roche Platform Operations teams for maintenance and improvements.
• Handle system performance tickets, test new features, and provide end-user support on best practices.
• Contribute to onboarding and documentation, including connection setups and group management.
• Security focus including Cloudflare configurations and secure browser setups.
• Leverage Jira, ServiceNow, Confluence, GitHub/GitLab for tracking and automation pipelines.
• Debug complex platform issues using browser tools, HAR analysis, and log reviews; embed ThoughtSpot via SDK/React in enterprise apps.
• Understand RDBMS, SQL, Snowflake, PL/SQL and stored procedures for integration tasks.

• Actively contribute to incident and change management processes, includinghandling tickets related to system performance, testing of new features,end-user support on ThoughtSpot best practices, diagnostics, and resolution ofissues in alignment with defined SLAs.Contribute to new team onboarding technical support like creation connection,managing groups.
• Good to have Knowledge on security models, including Cloudflare setup, andsecure browser configurations.
• Good understanding of Natural language process & LLM concepts and theirapplication in Business intelligence and conversational analytics platforms.
• Experience working with Jira, Service Now, Confluence , GitHub/GitLab fordocumentation, tracking and automation Pipelines .
