Job summary

Capco, a Wipro company, seeks a BCIM Senior Manager/Specialist based in Hyderabad to govern BCM and Major Incident Management Operating Instructions, coordinate annual reviews and responses to global audits (NIST, GCOO) and track closure of findings.

You will align BIIR controls to the new framework, manage Global MSIIs, coordinate submissions to Global BRR and OpCo, and drive risk oversight with strong communications and business management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate annual review of the BCM and Major Incident Management Operating Instructions and Target Operating Model using the new Knowledge Management System (KMS)
• Coordinate responses to global audits and other internal reviews (such as NIST, GCOO material controls reviews) and track closure of findings
• Work with CCO to align BIIR controls to the new framework
• Coordinate BCIM communications initiatives such as global townhalls, learning sessions and regular BCIM updates
• Coordinate information management (ensure packs from global meetings and other initiatives are made available per agreed channels)
• Work with Business Manager to review finances and people data and follow up to ensure accurate reporting/charging
• Good communications, proactivity and organization are key
• Additional Notes: The role requires an appreciation of a heavily regulated risk and controls environment, and whilst no regular experience is required, a strong background in controls management and broader business management is required. BCIM specific knowledge is not necessary.

BCIM Senior Manager/Specialist – must be based in Hyderabad:

• o Coordinate responses to global audits and other internal reviews (such as NIST, GCOO material controls reviews) and track closure of findings o Work with CCO to align BIIR controls to the new framework
• o Manage Global MSIIs; coordinate closure o Coordinate submissions to Global BRR, OpCo, RMM, and drive improvement in the Global BCIM RCOM submission and risk oversight
• Communications:
• o Coordinate BCIM communications initiatives such as global townhalls, learning sessions, AI education and regular BCIM updates
• o Coordinate information management (ensure packs from global meetings and other initiatives are made available per agreed channels)
• Business Management:
• o Work with Business Manager to review finances and people data and follow up to ensure accurate reporting/charging
