• Experience in attorney governance, vendor compliance monitoring, periodic reviews, and risk assessments.
• Knowledge of due diligence questionnaires, risk evaluation, remediation tracking, and vendor documentation review.

Experience: 5-10 Years

Key Requirements:

• Experience in Third Party Risk Management (TPRM), Vendor Risk, Mortgage Servicing, Foreclosure/Default Servicing, Attorney Oversight, Compliance, or Operational Risk.
• Strong understanding of mortgage foreclosure lifecycle and associated documentation.
• Experience in attorney governance, vendor compliance monitoring, periodic reviews, and risk assessments.
• Knowledge of due diligence questionnaires, risk evaluation, remediation tracking, and vendor documentation review.
• Exposure to ProcessUnity, Archer, ServiceNow, or similar TPRM platforms will be preferred.
