Job summary

Global Serve Solutions is seeking a dedicated professional to manage third-party risk and vendor due diligence. You will support daily TPRM activities, monitor DDQ progress, and maintain data across tracker systems.

The role requires strong communication skills, detail orientation, and experience with vendor management, ideally in regulated environments. Night shift availability and reliable cab support are provided.

Job Summary - This role is crucial in maintaining and monitoring our vendor due diligence program, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Main Responsibilities

Support the third-party risk management program through daily activities, including due diligence and timely follow up with the TPRM team . Monitor and update vendor Due DiligenceQuestionnaire (DDQ) status using internal tracking systems. Manage TPRM tier register to ensure tracking and gathering of all data and documents. Conduct comprehensive research and investigations on the vendor across the Block enterprise. Workwith a dynamic, fast-paced, and geographically distributed team of experts.

Qualification & Experience You should have

• Experience with third-party risk management processes and frameworks
• Experience synthesizing information from disparate sources and driving any questions through resolution
• Ability to effectively project manage and communicate with the TPRM team
• 2+ years of experience in vendor management, risk management, or related field
• Strong proficiency with Google Suite (particularly Google Sheets)
• Experience with vendor managementsystems
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Key Competencies: Data Accuracy Problem-solving Time Management Documentation
• Ideal candidate would have: Experience with third-partyrisk management processes Knowledge of compliance and due diligence requirements Familiarity with vendor lifecycle management Background in financial services, fintech or other regulated environment.
