Job summary

wroots global pvt ltd in Bengaluru seeks an experienced TPRM professional to lead third-party risk management for foreclosure/default servicing. You will perform due diligence, risk assessments, and governance for default attorneys and vendor relationships.

Ideal candidates have 5-10 years in TPRM or related fields, with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Knowledge of ProcessUnity, Archer, or ServiceNow is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, Law, or Commerce.
• 5-10 years of experience in TPRM, Vendor Risk, Mortgage Servicing, Foreclosure/Default Servicing, or related areas.
• Experience with mortgage foreclosures and default governance preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Perform third-party and default attorney due diligence, risk assessments, and periodic reviews.
• Review due diligence questionnaires and evidence and provide credible challenge to identify gaps and risks.
• Support default attorney oversight and governance, including performance, compliance, documentation, and remediation tracking.
• Apply knowledge of foreclosure lifecycle and related documentation and processes.
• Review attorney/vendor documentation for completeness, compliance, and adherence to requirements.
• Monitor risks across Operational, Compliance, Legal, Financial, and Reputational areas and escalate material concerns.
• Track expiring attorney/vendor docs, insurance, licenses, and compliance requirements.
• Review attorney/vendor invoices for duplicate charges and billing discrepancies.
• Maintain records and risk assessments in ProcessUnity or similar platforms.
• Prepare risk reports, trackers, attorney performance updates, and management reporting.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external attorney firms to resolve findings and outstanding items.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform third-party and default attorney due diligence, risk assessments, and periodic reviews.
• Review due diligence questionnaires and supporting evidence and provide credible challenge to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and potential risks.
• Support default attorney oversight and governance, including performance, compliance, documentation, exceptions, and remediation tracking.
• Apply working knowledge of the foreclosure lifecycle and documentation, including referral, notices, title/attorney documentation, foreclosure proceedings, and sale-related activities.
• Review attorney/vendor documentation for completeness, compliance, and adherence to established requirements.
• Monitor risks across Operational, Compliance, Legal, Financial, and Reputational areas and elevate material concerns.
• Track expiring attorney/vendor documentation, insurance certificates, licenses, and compliance requirements.
• Review attorney/vendor invoices for duplicate charges, billing discrepancies, and alignment with approved scope of work.
• Maintain records and risk assessments within ProcessUnity or similar TPRM platforms.
• Prepare risk reports, trackers, attorney performance updates, and management reporting.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external attorney firms to resolve findings and outstanding items. Required Qualifications
• Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, Law, Commerce, or related field.
• 25 years of experience in TPRM, Vendor Risk, Mortgage Servicing, Foreclosure/Default Servicing, Attorney Oversight, Compliance, or Operational Risk.
• Working knowledge of the mortgage foreclosure process and associated documentation.
• Understanding of default attorney oversight/governance within mortgage servicing.
• Experience reviewing due diligence questionnaires, risk assessments, and supporting documentation.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Preferred
• Experience in U.S. mortgage servicing/default servicing.
• Experience with ProcessUnity, Archer, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.
• Exposure to attorney governance, compliance monitoring, invoice review, and remediation management.
