Aeva is seeking a Thermal Analysis Engineer to evaluate the thermal performance of its sensors and packages and drive design optimizations for reliability across automotive, robotics, and consumer electronics.
You will model CFD with Siemens FloEFD (transient and steady state), analyze complex boundary conditions, and implement passive and active thermal management solutions in collaboration with mechanical teams.
Requirements: 5+ years in thermal analysis and a BS in Mechanical Engineering.
