What You Will Own – Your Responsibilities :

• Create and maintain technical documentation (APIs, PRDs, system design, user guides)
• Translate product requirements into clear technical specifications
• Understand and enhance SaaS platform architecture and scalability
• Design and manage data models and ERDs
• Contribute to cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP, microservices, containerization)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to all stakeholders
• Troubleshoot issues and improve system performance and reliability
