Job summary

Warrous Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for scalable, secure, high-quality solutions.

You will work closely with Engineering, QA, DevOps, Architecture, Business, and Leadership teams to define product vision, drive execution, and align with business goals. This role balances product thinking with technical depth and requires strong stakeholder management, SDLC mastery, and experience with AI-driven delivery.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager/Technical Product Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong technical background in IT systems, web/mobile platforms, APIs, databases, cloud environments, and enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Engineering, QA, DevOps, Architecture, and Data teams.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar product/project tracking platforms.
• Ability to manage and prioritize product backlogs, epics, features, user stories, bugs, releases, and dependencies.
• Understanding of REST APIs, API integrations, microservices, databases, data flows, authentication, and system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap, vision, and strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Translate business requirements into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, DevOps, architecture, and data teams for timely delivery.
• Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, prioritization, and release management.

Warrous Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager with a strong technical and IT background to lead the end-to-end product lifecycle. The ideal candidate will work closely with Engineering, QA, DevOps, Architecture, Business, and Leadership teams to define product vision, drive execution, and deliver scalable, secure, high-quality solutions aligned with business goals.

This role requires a balance of product thinking, technical depth, execution rigor, AI-driven delivery, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap, vision, and strategy aligned with business objectives
• Translate business requirements into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Work closely with engineering, architecture, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
• Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, prioritization, and release management
• Ensure strong SDLC adherence, including design reviews, code reviews, testing, and deployments
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback, manage expectations, and drive continuous improvement
• Analyze product metrics, customer feedback, and system performance to guide product decisions
• Ensure scalability, security, performance, and reliability of the product
• Support integrations, APIs, data flows, and platform-level architecture discussions
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders
• Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks early and drive resolution

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, or in a similar product/technology leadership role.
• Strong technical background in IT systems, web/mobile platforms, APIs, databases, cloud environments, and enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience working with Engineering, QA, DevOps, Architecture, and Data teams.
• Strong experience with Azure DevOps or similar product/project tracking platforms.
• Ability to manage and prioritize product backlogs, epics, features, user stories, bugs, releases, and dependencies.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, API integrations, microservices, databases, data flows, authentication, and system integrations.
• Good understanding of software architecture, system design, scalability, performance, security, and reliability.
• Strong understanding of at least one major cloud platform:

AWS

• Understanding of CI/CD, DevOps practices, deployment pipelines, monitoring, and cloud-based environments.
• Ability to read and understand technical designs, architecture diagrams, application logs, API flows, and system workflows.
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts and Generative AI applications in software/product development.
• Experience in implementing or driving AI-assisted development, automation, intelligent workflows, or AI-driven product capabilities is preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Experience working in fast-paced and evolving product/technology environments.

Technical Stack & Delivery Environment

• Product Management: Azure DevOps, Product Backlog, Epics, Features, User Stories, Sprint Planning, Release Management, Agile/Scrum.
• Application & Architecture: Web/Enterprise Applications, REST APIs, Integrations, Microservices, System Architecture, Security, Scalability & Performance.
• Data & Databases: SQL, NoSQL, Data Pipelines, Data Integrations, Analytics & Product Metrics.

Good to Have

• Experience in SaaS, MarTech, AdTech, FinTech, or enterprise platforms.
• Exposure to data platforms, integrations, automation, analytics, or AI-driven products.
• Experience working with Azure-native services and Azure DevOps.
• Experience with AI/GenAI products, LLM-based applications, RAG, AI agents, or intelligent automation.
• Prior experience in Software Engineering, Solution Architecture, Technical Architecture, or DevOps.
• Experience working with onshore/offshore and distributed engineering teams.
• Experience managing products involving high-volume data, complex integrations, or scalable cloud architectures.
