Job summary

ZettaMine Labs Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Maximo support specialist to manage incident resolution, configuration fixes, and cross-team coordination across Pan India. You will contribute to service delivery, drive improvements, and mentor teammates in procedures and best practices.

The role focuses on Maximo applications with SAP and ServiceNow integration, requiring strong problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder communication to ensure high service quality and uptime.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in Maximo application support.
• Diagnose and resolve Maximo configuration, data, performance, and access issues.
• Experience troubleshooting workflows, PO approvals and inventory transactions

Responsibilities

• Handles application support and potential project activities related to Maximo application as a subject matter expert.
• Cross-train others in technical areas to provide backup.
• Learn other tech skills to maximize utilization and support.
• Perform knowledge transfer from SMEs and improve documentation and processes.
• Engage with users to support Maximo incidents, requests, and alarms per SLAs.
• Collaborate with Third Party Vendors as necessary.
• Provide timely documentation in ServiceNow of investigations and interactions.
• Train team members to provide coverage when unavailable.
• Perform code/configuration changes based on strategy and architecture.
• Collaborate with EA, information security, and IT teams to design high-level, cost-effective solutions.
• Lead root cause analysis for Priority 1 Maximo issues.

Overview

Provide application support and troubleshooting for Maximo application, with a focus on customizations, incidents, and service requests. Work on minor enhancements and collaborate with teams to improve application support.

Responsibilities

• Handles application support and potential project activities related to Maximo application as a subject matter expert.
• Ability to cross train others in the technical area(s) as to provide backup personnel when not available.
• Ability to learn other tech skills to maximize utilization and contribute to overall application support.
• Take knowledge transfer from existing integration Subject Matter Experts while improving documentation, processes and ways of working.
• Engage with users to support Maximo incidents, requests and alarms based on Service Level Agreements while striving to provide high standards and quality of customer service.
• Work with Third Party Vendors as necessary.
• Provide timely and high-quality documentation in ServiceNow of all investigations and user, business analyst, customer IT and third party interactions.
• Train other team members to enable them to provide coverage when unavailable
• Ability to cross train and learn new technical skills to help improve overall performance and ability to contribute to application management support.
• Performing code review of fixes and project deliverables. Lead work sessions and client discussion with application development/support teams.
• Perform code/configuration changes based on the defined strategy and architecture.
• Collaborate with enterprise architecture, information security, application & infrastructure teams to produce an optimal, high level, conceptual, and cost-effective application designs by using best practices.
• Provide and lead root cause analysis for all Priority 1 issues related to Maximo

Requirements

• Must have experience in Maximo application support.
• Diagnose and resolve Maximo configuration, data, performance, and access issues
• Investigate failed or delayed Maximo-to-SAP transactions involving purchase orders, goods receipts, invoices, vendors, etc.
• Reprocess failed purchase orders, receipts, interface files and integration messages
• Support supplier setup and synchronization across Maximo, SAP and Custom built applications
• User Administration, security groups, roles, privileges
• Experience troubleshooting workflows, PO approvals and inventory transactions
• Configuration of workflows, domains, application settings
• Familiarity with Service Now and ITIL processes
• Must have performed Level 2/3 application support in a managed services environment
• Experience in manufacturing industry (Metals)
