Job summary

Codeverse Technologies is seeking a Lead QA to own the QA strategy for a platform used on real factory floors, spanning ERP, CRM, and AI-driven document capture. You will build and mentor a team of testers, define end-to-end coverage for the AI pipeline, and collaborate with engineering and product to prevent issues from reaching production.

You will drive release sign-off, track quality metrics, and continuously improve the QA process in a fast-moving environment across India and beyond.

Qualifications

• 5-9 years in software QA with at least 2 years leading a team.
• Strong grasp of test planning, defect lifecycle, and release management.
• Experience testing complex web applications end to end.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
