Job summary

ECSIndustriesPvtLtd in Vadodara is seeking a transformer testing technician to perform HV/LV, insulation resistance, winding resistance, and ratio tests. You will operate testing instruments safely, prepare test reports, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Hands-on transformer testing experience preferred.
• Experience with IR testing and winding resistance/ratio tests.
• Familiarity with electrical safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform HV/LV testing of transformers.
• Conduct Insulation Resistance (IR) tests.
• Perform winding resistance and transformer ratio tests.
• Carry out routine transformer tests and others as required.
• Operate testing instruments safely and maintain records.
• Prepare and maintain accurate test reports.
• Ensure testing complies with quality and safety standards.
• Identify testing issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Follow electrical safety procedures during testing.
