Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Perform structured testing of AI and RPA solutions in scope.
  • Validate requirements and ensure coverage through test cases.
  • Support defect identification, tracking, and resolution.
  • Assist UAT cycles and production validations including smoke checks.
  • Document test cases, logs, and defect reports; maintain logs.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure quality delivery.

Job Description: Where You Fit In You will be part of a Solution Testing Team focused on validating AI-powered Copilot solutions and Power Automate Desktop (PAD) automations. The team ensures that Collaborative Intelligence solutions deliver high-quality, reliable, and business-ready outcomes. This role sits at the intersection of AI, RPA, and enterprise digital transformation, supporting initiatives that drive operational efficiency and innovation across business units. You will collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Developers (AI / RPA / Copilot), DigiOps teams.

What is the Role?

As a Jr. Solution Test Engineer, you will contribute to the end-to-end testing lifecycle of AI and RPA solutions. Your role focuses on ensuring that solutions meet functional requirements, quality standards, and business expectations before and after deployment.

  • Perform structured testing of Copilot and PAD solutions
  • Validate requirements and ensure coverage through effective test cases
  • Support defect identification, tracking, and resolution
  • Enable smooth User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles
  • Conduct production-level validations such as smoke and sanity testing
  • Conduct requirement analysis to understand solution behavior and expected outcomes
  • Design, document, and execute test cases and test scenarios
  • Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing
  • Manage and track defects using standard tools/processes
  • Support business users during UAT execution and validation
  • Perform smoke and sanity testing in production environments
  • Maintain test logs, execution reports, and defect reports
  • Follow and adhere to defined test processes, templates, and standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality delivery

Current scope is focused on identified AI (Copilot) and RPA (PAD) projects.
