Shell India is seeking a Digital Operations Analyst to run and monitor RPA bots, support UAT, and manage exceptions. The role offers exposure to Power Automate Desktop and KPI reporting in a Finance operations context.
The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in BPO operations, a Finance or Tech degree, strong communication, and a proactive mindset to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
