Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.
• Proven experience in requirement analysis and understanding complex system workflows.
• Experience in writing clear and comprehensive test specifications and test cases.
• Strong experience in test execution, defect management, and reporting.
• Proficiency in Linux/Unix environments and basic command-line operations.
• Experience with defect tracking and test management tools (JIRA, ALM, Azure DevOps).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and Copilot.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Test Professional

You’ll make a difference by:

• We are seeking an experienced Software Test Engineer with 2+ years of hands‑on experience in software testing. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, the ability to understand business and system requirements, and experience in designing, documenting, and executing comprehensive test cases. • Exposure to test automation tools and frameworks.
• Knowledge of SQL and database testing.
• Experience with JIRA, Polarion, Sharepoint and video recording tools.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience in distributed or enterprise-scale applications.
