Job summary

Siemens in Pune is seeking a Lead Software Test Engineer with 9+ years of experience. You will lead test design and execution for complex systems in the Rail/Aerospace/Automotive domain, applying rigorous requirement-based and black-box testing.

Proficiency in Python, Linux, test-case writing, and tools like MS Visual C++, GIT, Doors and ClearQuest is essential. ISTQB Foundation Level certification is required, and strong communication and analytical skills are expected.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of software test experience.
• Experience with requirement-based / black-box testing.
• Experience in writing test cases.
• Knowledge of Boundary Value Analysis and Equivalence Class Partition.
• Rail, Aerospace or Automotive domain experience.
• ISTQB Foundation Level certification required.

We are looking for a Lead Software Test Engineer
You’ll Make a Difference By

• Total Experience 9+ Years
• Python experience is must
• Prior experience of working in Linux environment
• Must have worked earlier on requirement-based testing/black box testing
• Must have Test Case writing experience
• Good to have knowledge of Boundary Value Analysis and Equivalence Class partition
• Previous experience of following tools MS Visual C++, GIT, Doors and Clear Quest is expected
• Rail or Aerospace or Automotive Domain experience is must
• ISTQB Foundation Level certification is must to have
