Job summary

Texas Review is seeking a Test Preparation Counsellor to guide students in selecting the right standardized test preparation programs. The counsellor will play a key role in student engagement, enrollment conversion, and long-term student success.

The role involves counseling students and parents, following up with students, converting enquiries into enrollments, researching courses and universities, handling escalations, and maintaining strong customer service to meet sales targets and help

Responsibilities

• Counseling & guiding students and parents for overseas education and admission processes including GRE/GMAT/SAT/TOEFL/IELTS/PTE/OET.
• Following up with the students.
• Convert enquiries into enrollments.
• Conduct research on courses and universities.
• Handle escalations to ensure student satisfaction in issue resolution.
• Demonstrate strong customer service orientation in all spheres of activities.
• Ensuring meeting the sales/revenue assigned.
• Ensure students attain success in their chosen career path.
• Coordinating with the Admission Department for timely student admission with regular dues.

• Following up with the students

• Ensuring meeting the sales/ revenue assigned.

• Coordinating with Admission Department for the student admission timely with regular dues.
• Establishing and maintaining excellent rapport with prospective students by adding value services.
• Should have knowledge of the entire process and requirements for study abroad Universities degrees, Eligibility Tests, process etc.

Preferred candidate profile

• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with people at all levels.
• Excellent fluency in English and the local language Communication (both written & verbal)
